![]() I tried deleting those rests but Musescore won't let me. Musescore's staff shows measures 2 & 4 has an extra rest symbol that is not in the original PDF score, which was purchased online from Productions d'OZ. Also, when Musescore opens the xml, I get this warning: ![]() When the Musescore metronome was turned on, I heard an extra click that was not part of the beat. Hi Amy, Thanks for that tip and it worked! But I have a new problem in that the xml file that was generated by PDF to Music Pro sounded "wrong" to me in the very beginning measures when played by Musescore. Open the file, then in a drop down menu in the upper left corner, select "thumbnails" and drag what ever you want to the desktop. And remember what another person said, that the the PDF has to have been created from a music notation program rather than just a scanned document. Yes, I break the PDF into separate pages using the "Preview" program on my Macbook Pro. Amy Gaudia wrote: ↑ Friday 28 June 2019, 20:25 pm
